David Cooper holds a first degree from Manchester University in Geography, is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Secretary. Prior to joining ITOPF in 2020, he worked primarily in Financial Services before spending several years as the Company Secretary and Finance Director of a Builder’s Merchant. His main responsibilities at ITOPF are ensuring ITOPF follows good governance standards and the smooth operation of the support services functions.
