ITOPF attends Clean Gulf and ITAC in the USA

ITOPF attended and contributed towards the CLEAN GULF Conference & Exhibition held in Houston, Texas and the Industry Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

Thomas Sturgeon delivered multiple presentations during attendance on a variety of topics, ranging from recent case studies involving ship-source pollution to alternative fuel preparedness and response in light of the shipping industries' steady decarbonisation transition. 

While there, Thomas also met with key regional stakeholders from NOAA, OSRL, T&T and Resolve to align on current work between the organisations and strengthen collaboration and preparedness activities.
