ITOPF welcomes two new colleagues to its team, both based in its Singapore office. These appointments reflect ITOPF’s continued investment in strengthening its operational and technical capabilities, both globally and across the Asia-Pacific region.

Adeline holds a BBA (Hons), majoring in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour, and brings more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, aviation, oil and gas, and wholesale distribution.
Dr Aaron Toh joins as a Technical Adviser within ITOPF’s Asia-Pacific regional technical team. They contribute scientific expertise to ITOPF’s spill response advisory work and support key technical services, including training, education and contingency planning. Aaron holds a PhD in Zoology from the University of Hawai‘i and is an American Academy of Underwater Sciences (AAUS)-certified scientific diver. Their previous research includes multiple field seasons of ice diving in the Southern Ocean surrounding Antarctica, focusing on the impacts of climate change on the early life stages of Antarctic marine invertebrates.
Together, these roles strengthen ITOPF’s capability to support its Members and stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region, enhancing both internal operations and external response preparedness and advisory services.
