Aaron Toh

Dr Aaron Toh joined ITOPF in 2026 as a Technical Adviser in ITOPF's Asia Pacific Team, based in Singapore.

They have a PhD in Zoology from the University of Hawai'i and are an American Academy of Underwater Sciences (AAUS)-certified scientific diver.

Aaron's prior research involved multiple field seasons of ice diving in the Southern Ocean surrounding Antarctica, studying the impact of climate change on the early life stages of Antarctic marine invertebrates.
