TIP 02: 海上流出油の結末
本技術資料では、流出油に働く様々な自然作用、つまり「風化」という総称で知られて
いる変化の複合的効果を説明する。油が海洋環境中で持続するか否かを決める要因を、
対応作業への影響と共に検討する。海洋環境中に流出した油の結末は、対応のあらゆる
面に重要な影響を及ぼす。したがって、本資料は、この技術資料シリーズの他の資料と
併せて読む必要がある。
