Associates Information

The rights and obligations of Associates are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Associate Status, updated 6 January 2025.

As is the case with tanker owner Members, the P&I Clubs and other third party liability insurers enter Associates and pay the appropriate dues to ITOPF on their shipowner's behalf (for 2026/2027, these dues are calculated at the rate of 0.80 of a UK penny per gross ton).

There is no administration fee. Associate due are not pro-rated.
