Brunei National Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Cooperation (OPRC) Workshop takes place with ITOPF as guest presenter

Senior Technical Adviser, David Campion travelled to Brunei as part of the Brunei National Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Cooperation (OPRC) Workshop held by the Global Initiative for Southeast Asia (GISEA) Project.
David presented on possible national funding mechanisms for oil spill response and how other nations use them, with reference to their oil spill risks and sensitivities. The presentation was well received and complimented the overall purpose and workshop series, aimed at enabling Brunei to ratify this important convention.
