Oli Beavon

Oli is a seasoned leader with a diverse experience base gained over three decades. He has worked and led in operational, technical and project roles across industry sectors including petrochemicals, gas, oil and shipping. Oli worked in corporate roles supporting executive teams on governance and strategy and led in functional areas including HR, health & safety, risk management and procurement. Before and during the pandemic, Oli was supporting FTSE100 companies on their journey to implement agile and hybrid working with a focus on workplace, human performance, and culture.

Oli joined ITOPF in September 2021 and became Managing Director in January 2022.  He has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
