ITOPF has responded to more than 800 incidents involving oil or chemical spills worldwide. Our highly skilled international team are ready to assist 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide impartial technical advice.
We operate on a not-for-profit basis and provide a wide range of technical services to promote effective response in the marine environment to back up our core role of responding to ship-sourced spills. Our five key services are spill response, claims analysis & damage assessment, contingency planning, training & education and information.
We are currently advertising for one vacancy as Company Secretarial Assistant.
The Role
We have an amazing opportunity to join us as an Assistant supporting the Senior Membership Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and Executive Team with company secretary/board and committee meetings. This is an extremely busy and varied role and will suit someone who has familiarity of working with membership databases and diary management with excellent eye for detail and comfortable working with a number of different internal colleagues and external contacts.
