BALEX DELTA 2017, Russia, 8-10 August 2017

Susannah Domaille and David Campion will be attending the BALEX DELTA exercise in Russia. BALEX DELTA exercises take place annually in order to test the procedures documented in the HELCOM Response manual and the response capabilities of the Contracting Parties to the Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission (HELCOM) in the event of a major incident.
