Cold weather course 2016, Canada, 1-5 February 2016

David Campion is one of the participants at OSRL's cold weather course which is being held in Verchères, Canada at the ECRC base. The course involves a mixture of classroom and field exercises and covers safety aspects, response strategies, tacking and detection of oil under ice, management of cold weather spills and waste.
