Mediterranean Decision Support System for Maritime Safety Meeting, 9 October 2014

The National Research Council of Italy (CNR) has invited ITOPF to attend a meeting to present an online system for oil spill management in the Mediterranean, carried out as part of the EU-funded project MEDESS-4MS (<link http: www.medess4ms.eu>www.medess4ms.eu), and to give a short course on the system for future users. The meeting is organised jointly by the CNR and the Italian National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV). The Italian General Command of the Coast Guard in Rome and REMPEC in Malta are also participating. Dr Ann Zhang will attend on behalf of ITOPF.
