David Campion is one of the trainers at this workshop, hosted by the National Oil Spill and Detection Agency (NOSDRA) and the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), and organised under the auspices of GIWACAF. The main objective of the workshop is to present and provide training to relevant national authorities on the scope and implementation of IMO Conventions related to liability and compensation in case of an oil spill through case studies and table-top exercices.
