Dr Franck Laruelle is one of the trainers at a national workshop on Hazardous and Noxious Substances (HNS) organised by the International Maritime Organization for the Union of Comoros.
Franck will be providing presentations on the effects of HNS, evaluation and classification of products, response techniques and some recent case histories.
