Richard Johnson will be making a presentation entitled "Just when is oil spill preparedness too expensive?" at the Petroleum Association of Japan's (PAJ) annual symposium.
The theme of this year's event is "Maintaining future effective preparedness against oil spills" and it will feature presentations from international specialists on how best to find the optimum level of spill response preparedness and still comply with the OPRC Convention which came into force 20 years ago.
