Nicky Cariglia will be joining IPIECA and OSRL at a three day workshop in Manila to discuss lessons learned from our recent experience attending spills in the Philippines with the Philippine Coastguard and local industry representatives
As the Philippines is currently revising their national contingency plan, it is anticipated that presenting these experiences in this forum will provide an opportunity to discuss challenges, strengths and areas of improvement for oil spill response preparedness and capability in the Philippines.
