Spanish National Marine Pollution Exercise, Santander, Spain, 14-16 June 2017

ITOPF has been invited by the Spanish Maritime Administration to participate in the National Pollution Exercise, POLEX 24-17 which will take place in Santander. The exercise is part of the training programme established by the National Maritime Plan and aims to test the structure of the plan, the operative protocols and response equipment, as well as coordination amongst local, national and international organisations involved in the response to pollution incidents. Iain Harrison and Susannah Domaille will attend on behalf of ITOPF.
