Alex Hunt will be giving a presentation on 'Realities of Major Oil Spills: Response to Large-Scale Trans-boundary Oil Spill Incidents' at a workshop organised by NASOS (National Southern Oil Spill Response Centre) in Vietnam. The aim of the workshop is to strengthen regional cooperation on oil spill response preparedness between the three countries that border the Gulf of Thailand (Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam) and to build on the agreements made in the Framework Programme for Joint Oil Spill Preparedness and Response in the Gulf of Thailand adopted in January 2006.
