ITOPF has been invited to participate in the Arctic Council Emergency, Prevention, Preparedness and Response (EPPR) Working Group scoping workshop on the circumpolar oil spill response gap analysis. The objectives of the workshop are to settle the response gap methodology and to discuss and agree upon the response techniques and their operational limitations regarding environmental factors. Miguel Patel will be attending on behalf of ITOPF.
