Iain Harrison will be attending the next BALEX DELTA exercise in Lithuania. BALEX DELTA exercises take place every year and are hosted by a Contracting Party/State to the Helsinki Convention through its governing body HELCOM (Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission - Helsinki Commission). The general objective of the exercises is to ensure that every Contracting Party is able to lead a major response operation.
