GI SEA National Contingency Planning Workshop, Philippines, 4-9 November 2018

Phil Ruck is participating in a workshop for the Philippines Coast Guard (PGC) organised under the auspices of the GI SEA (Global Initiative for South East Asia) programme.
The aim of the workshop is to assist and support the PCG in the revision of their National Oil Spill Contingency Plan (NOSCP). Phil will be presenting on claims & compensation, incident management and recent case studies. He will also be assisting with a table top exercise.
