Ann Zhang will be attending the International Oil Spill Response Technical Seminar, IOSRTS 2017 organised by China MSA, IMO and IPIECA under the umbrella of the Global Initiative Programme for China. There are three main topic areas for this year's seminar: Oil Spill Risk Assessment and Response Management; Technology for Spill Response; and Oil Spill Damage Assessment. Ann will be presenting on 'Environmental damage compensation in the international regime following ship-sourced oil pollution'.
